Jason Statham plays Arthur Bishop who attempts peaceful retirement as a master assassin until his past reappears when he becomes the target of violent attacks. Bishop leads a peaceful existence in Rio de Janeiro until his romantic interest Gina becomes abducted while Bishop stays in Rio de Janeiro.
