The newest Korean crime series called “The Tyrant” Season 1 shows the life of a U.S. government agent who has a mission to return a stolen Virus from South Korea with many moral questions coming with it. The series covers topics of trust and treachery to express the potential of modern global relations. This leads to well built conjugation of the audience and developing a bonding with the protagonist; which helps in building tension all through the season.
For that, the authors appreciated the sequence of events, raising the pace of the show and bright, albeit rather non-visually sophisticated, images. Still, one might mention that some of the events are somewhat predictable; however, some of the secondary characters with their roles remain quite one-sided, as such, their input has an impact on the story’s sentiments.
However, “The Tyrant” gains the viewers due the presence of the plot twist and provokes people’s thoughts about the action of a hero in the criminal world. Thus, it is useful for fans of the genre, so, providing them with an uninterrupted flow of events in this somewhat twisted spy storyline.
