“The Equalizer 3: A Thrilling, Yet Imperfect Journey” is a highly action-packed movie that blends exciting fighting scenes with substantial themes and an ingenious idea. This film is directed by Antoine Fuqua with Denzel Washington playing the lead role of somewhat mysterious Robert McCall who fights wrong even when he has a strong involvement in conspiracy.

With a dark and violent mood, this hard-edged picture helps to build up the world that makes everybody think about whether vigilantism is morally right or wrong while touching upon elements of compassion. Washington does a decent job of rendering McCall, and there are some interesting members in the cast.

Despite all of its shortcomings, The Equalizer 3 is an emotional tide that traces the paths of justice redemption and personal sacrifice in a morally ambiguous environment. It reminds us that sometimes one person can change things.
